THESHOP authorizes returns after the date of receipt of the products, subject to the exclusions below and the provisions on returns.
Exclusions from returning products
The provisions of this agreement on the return of goods and the termination of an agreement to provide services do not apply if:
all products and services are acquired through auction; if the price of the products or services depends on fluctuations in the financial markets over which THESHOP has no control; if the products are personalized or made according to the customer's specifications; if the products are perishable or expire quickly; if the products cannot be returned due to their nature; the provision of gaming or lottery services; Obligations of the customer when returning products and services
If a customer cancels a transaction in which the delivery of the products or services (if they can be returned) has been delivered, the customer shall return to Raynogrill or their authorized agents in any way within seven days of receipt of the products or services unused | undamaged products together with all packaging materials and documents supplied to the customer by THESHOP or its representatives, as well as a written statement of the customer's choice to cancel the transaction. The customer reimburses THESHOP for all direct costs incurred by THESHOP or its authorized representatives in the delivery of the products and services ordered by the customer, as well as the direct costs of THESHOP or its authorized representative in accepting the products and canceling the provision of services resulting from the return of the products or the cancellation of the services ordered by the customer.
Obligations of THESHOP when returning products and services
Within thirty days of the return of the products or receipt of the termination of the contract for the provision of services, THESHOP or its authorized representatives will reimburse the customer for all amounts paid by the customer, minus the amounts due by the customer on THESHOP as described above.
To return a product: Please read "WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED". You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at theshop@grt39.com and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
What can be returned: Most of the unbranded items we sell can be returned. All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned.
What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 5 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return. Branded items with incorrect spelling, poor quality artwork, colors, size etc. Remember you approve your order so make sure it is correct.
Returns for refund: must be made within 5 days of receipt of purchase.
Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 5 days of receipt of purchase.
Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
Stampcharges for products returned:
All Stampplate charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse charges for Stampplate, Stampplate cost of R299.00 will be deduct!
To return your items:
Contact theshop@grt39.com to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel
