At THESHOP.africa, we value customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return an item within 7 days of delivery if it meets the following conditions:
- The product is unused and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and inserts are included.
- You have proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- Emergency Cards (custom-printed or personalized items)
- SOS Smart Buttons that have been paired or activated
- Clearance or “Restposten” items sold as final sale
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at

Include your order number, product name, and a photo of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund after inspection.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method (Paystack).
Please allow 5–10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
5. Return Shipping
Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the return is due to our error (wrong item or faulty product), THESHOP.africa will cover the shipping fee.
